New Zealand warns population about strong and unusual tidal waves

Wellington, Mar 25 (Prensa Latina) The National Emergency Management Agency of New Zealand issued today an alert to the population of coastal areas for strong and unusual currents and unpredictable tidal waves, after registering an earthquake in the region.

Strange radio waves coming from the heart of the Milky Way

Washington, Oct 12 (Prensa Latina) Astronomers have detected unusual radio waves coming from the center of the Milky Way galaxy. The energy signal is unlike any phenomenon studied before and could suggest a previously unknown stellar object, the Astrophysical Journal reported on Tuesday.
