Caracas, Aug 30 (Prensa Latina) Sector Vice President of Economy, Tareck el Aissami denounced today a mega corruption fraud of over four billion dollars in the state company Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), which incriminates fugitive former head Rafael Ramírez.
