Santiago de Chile, Oct 3 (Prensa Latina) The 5th Regional Conference on Social Development began at the headquarters of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), with the goal of facing the current crises, building inclusive models and achieving the goals of the United Nations' 2030 Agenda.
