Cairo, May 6 (Prensa Latina) Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and French President Emmanuel Macron discussed the crisis in Ukraine and the preparations for the UN Climate Change Conference, COP27, to be held in Cairo in November, an official source reported on Friday.
