Havana, Dec 13 (Prensa Latina) The University of Informatics Sciences (UCI) is celebrated its 19th anniversary on Monday, after being founded by the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro. In order to remember the date, UCI professors and students held a solemn teaching meeting, animated with images of the opening ceremony and the speech by Fidel Castro, who promoted the initiative to provide the country with the best technologies to computerize the society.
