Hanoi, Sep 11 (Prensa Latina) The preliminary number of dead and missing people as a result of Typhoon Yagi, the strongest typhoon to enter the Gulf of Bac Bo (Tonkin) in the last 10 years, rose today to 296, the VNA news agency reported.
