Havana, Oct 21 (Prensa Latina) Three eastern Cuban locations reported on Monday an average rainfall of more than 200 millimeters as Tropical Storm Oscar hovers over the region, the Forecasting Center of the Cuban Institute of Meteorology (INSMET) stated.
