Caracas, Sep 12 (Prensa Latina) The president of the Latin American and Caribbean Parliament (Parlatino) Venezuela chapter, Angel Rodriguez, praised today in this capital the initiative of President Nicolas Maduro to articulate with China the possible inclusion of this country in the Brics.
