Kingstown, Jul 9 (Prensa Latina) Cuban-Vicentian girl Isabella Sam Nodarse reportedly won the essay contest organized every year by the local Foreign Ministry, with a work dedicated to the efforts of the Cuban medical brigade Henry Reeve, particularly fighting the Covid-19 pandemic.
