Damascus, Aug 21 (Prensa Latina) Joint Syrian-Russian air patrols today raided hideouts, fortifications and vehicles of the terrorist group Islamic State, Daesh in Arabic, over the vast eastern desert of Syria, as reported by military sources quoted by Al-Watan daily.
