Juba, Feb 25 (Prensa Latina) Ethiopian Ambassador to South Sudan Nebil Mahdi Abdullahi assured that the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) will promote the integral progress in East Africa and criticized the attempts deployed so far to boycott it.
