Damascus, Aug 26 (Prensa Latina) Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his Belarusian counterpart, Alexander Lukashenko, on Saturday ratified their determination to continue developing bilateral relations, which they described as solid and based on mutual support. Syria is committed to strengthening its relations with Belarus, and bilateral cooperation will experience more achievements and progress thanks to the joint work by the two countries' institutions, Al-Assad said in a message to his Belarusian peer on the 30th anniversary of the bilateral diplomatic relations.
