Chilean communists call for solving social emergencies

Santiago de Chile, Dec 16 (Prensa Latina) Increasing pensions, paying off the historical debt to teachers and strengthening the health care system are now considered as social emergencies by the Communist Party of Chile (PCCh), at the gates of its National Congress.
