Moscow, Aug 24 (Prensa Latina) Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov today rejected statements by the European High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security, Josep Borrell, on the role of Russia in the context of the Afghan conflict, local press indicated.
