Bogota, Jun 26 (Prensa Latina) Colombian President Gustavo Petro on Wednesday signed a decree that regulates the so-called Territorios Campesinos Agroalimentarios (Farmers' Agri-food Territories -TECAM), which represents a step forward for the consolidation of the Agrarian Reform in the country.
