Port-au-Prince, Jul 10 (Prensa Latina) Haiti woke up today with a provisional president, Joseph Lambert, proclaimed last night by the Senate, who has been dysfunctional since January 2020, and ruled out that the acting Prime Minister Claude Joseph was in charge of the country.
