Moscow, Aug 15 (Prensa Latina) Russia's space agency Roscosmos reported on Thursday that a Soyuz 2.1a rocket taking the Progress MS-28 cargo spacecraft was launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome bound for the International Space Station (ISS).
