Tokyo, Apr 29 (Prensa Latina) Governor of the Japanese prefecture of Fukui, Tatsuji Sugimoto, on Thursday said that he approved resuming operations in the nuclear plants of Takahama and Mihama, without mentioning the need of storing the spent fuel.
