Caracas, Jul 22 (Prensa Latina) The National Electoral Council (CNE) concluded the pre-dispatch audit of the voting machines, which will participate in the July 28 presidential elections, and guaranteed their distribution throughout Venezuela as stipulated in the schedule until today.
