Cuban president inaugurates major solar photovoltaic park

Havana, Feb 21 (Prensa Latina) The first of 92 solar photovoltaic parks being built in Cuba was inaugurated by President Miguel Díaz-Canel in this capital on Friday, the Cuban News Agency (ACN) reported.

Díaz-Canel announces investments in renewable energy in Cuba

Cienfuegos, Cuba, Nov 27 (Prensa Latina) President Miguel Díaz-Canel informed on Wednesday that in the next three years, Cuba is expected to produce more than 2,000 megawatts of photovoltaic energy, with the objective of reducing the country's dependence on fossil fuels.
