Arc of Triumph in Palmyra, Syria, to be reconstructed

Damascus, Nov 6 (Prensa Latina) The Arch of Triumph in the ancient Syrian city of Palmyra will be rebuilt based on a three-dimensional model designed by Russian specialists, Russian Ambassador to Syria Alexander Yefimov announced.
