Quito, Oct 22 (Prensa Latina) Ecuadorian Foreign Minister Gabriela Sommerfeld said today that nine leaders have already confirmed their participation in the XXIX Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government, scheduled for November 12-15 in Cuenca.
