Bogota, Apr 1 (Prensa Latina) The Central General Staff (EMC), a dissident armed group of the extinct Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia-People's Army, announced today the creation of the Central Commander Isaías Pardo Bloc which, as reported, will have presence in several regions of the country.
