The Netherlands freezes Russian funds worth 400 million euros

Amsterdam, March 23 (Prensa Latina) The Dutch Finance Minister, Sigrid Kaag, reported Tuesday that Russian funds valued at around 400 million euros were declared frozen, amid the punitive measures against that country by the West.
