Luanda, Dec 15 (Prensa Latina) The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Rwanda agreed to resolve differences regarding the March 23 Movement (M23) rebels through the Nairobi Process, Angolan Foreign Minister Téte António reported today.
