Moscow, May 8 (Prensa Latina) The former secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU), Egor Ligachev, died at the age of 101 in the Russian region of Tomsk, in Novosibirsk, local media reported on Saturday.
