Montevideo, Jul 5 (Prensa Latina) The 212th anniversary of proclamation of Venezuela's independence was commemorated today at the Simón Bolívar Square of Montevideo, in front of the equestrian statue of the Liberator Simón Bolívar, facing the Río de la Plata.
