Quito, Feb 4 (Prensa Latina) The ban on political campaigning continues today in Ecuador prior to the local elections this Sunday, when citizens, in addition to electing provincial and municipal councilors, will have to choose between Yes or No to the questions of the referendum the Guillermo Lasso Government has put on the ballot.
