Moscow, Apr 17 (Prensa Latina) Two earthquakes measuring 4.8 and 5.2 degrees on the Richter scale were registered off the coast of the Kamchatka Peninsula, in far eastern Russia, on Wednesday, the Geophysical Service of the Academy of Sciences reported on Wednesday. The scientific institution informed on Telegram that the first 5.2-magnitude telluric movement occurred in the Bay of Kamchatka, and the second 4.8-magnitude earth tremor had its epicenter 44 kilometers from the village of Tilichiki, in the southern region of the peninsula.
