San Salvador, Sep 23 (Prensa Latina) The United States Prosecutor's Office indicted Democratic Senator Robert Menéndez for accepting alleged bribes and using his influence to favor businessmen from New Jersey and the Government of Egypt, newspaper El Mundo informed here. Menendez, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, allegedly accepted thousands of dollars from businessmen.
