Santo Domingo, Jul 16 (Prensa Latina) The Communist Party of Labor (PCT) of the Dominican Republic on Saturday expressed its condolences to party authorities, the Government and the people of Cuba over the death of Commander Jose Ramon Balaguer, who died on Friday at the age of 90.
