Santiago de Chile, Sep 25 (Prensa Latina) The Chilean Prosecutor's Office today launched an investigation against ex-minister of Education and candidate for mayor Marcela Cubillos for receiving a salary of 17 million pesos a month (18,700 dollars) from a private university.
