Havana, Mar 17 (Prensa Latina) Cuba recalls on Sunday a subversive program signed by then U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower back in 1960 in order to overthrow the Cuban Revolution led by Fidel Castro. Titled "Covert Action Plan against Castro's regime", the program detailed the actions that would be orchestrated in articulated manner from CIA for such a purpose.
