DRC to begin school year amid domestic insecurity

Kinshasa, Sep 3 (Prensa Latina) The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) will start the 2023-2024 school year 2023-2024 on Monday following an agreement reached between the government and the teachers' unions, the Primary, Secondary and Technical Education (EPST) Minister Tony Mwaba stated.
