Bogota, Sep 2 (Prensa Latina) The Colombian government and former guerrillas of the extinct Revolutionary Armed Forces-People's Army (FARC-EP) agreed on a new implementation route for the National Program for the Substitution of Illicit Crops (PNIS) of the Final Peace Agreement.
