Bogotá, Jul 4 (Prensa Latina) The Office of the High Commissioner for Peace confirmed today that in two weeks the Colombian government will initiate the space for socio-legal conversation with the illegal groups "Shottas and Spartans" in Buenaventura, in Valle del Cauca.
