San José, Jul 17 (Prensa Latina) The president of Costa Rica, Rodrigo Chaves, is participating today in the 3rd Celac-EU Summit, where he has several bilateral meetings scheduled besides attending the opening session of the meeting, which is being held for two days in Brussels.
