Paris, Aug 25 (Prensa Latina) The director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, said today there is an agreement in principle to visit the Ukrainian nuclear power plant in Zaporozhie, but acknowledged that issues remain to be specified.
