Mexico City, Oct 26 (Prensa Latina) President Andrés Manuel López Obrador thanked his Cuban counterpart, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, on Thursday for offering doctors to assist the victims of Hurricane Otis, which hit the country on Wednesday.
