Tegucigalpa, Nov 29 (Prensa Latina) The National Electoral Council (CNE) of Honduras recognized candidate Xiomara Castro, representative of the Libertad y Refundación (Libre) party, as the leader of the preliminary results, after 30 percent of the votes has been counted.
