ICJ asks Venezuela and Guyana to abstain from any actions

The Hague, Dec 1 (Prensa Latina) The International Court of Justice (ICJ) today asked Venezuela and Guyana to refrain from any action that could "aggravate or widen the territorial dispute" over Guayana Essequiba before that body or make it more difficult to resolve.
