Washington, Jan 30 (Prensa Latina) Nearly half of the Senate Republican Conference on Monday has signed on to a letter to President Joe Biden warning they will not vote for any bill to increase the country's debt limit unless it is connected to spending cuts to address the nation´s $ 31 trillion debt.
