Damascus, Nov 29 (Prensa Latina) The United Nations General Assembly has reportedly approved by majority vote a resolution demanding Israel's withdrawal from the Golan Heights, a Syrian territory occupied by Israel in 1967.

Damascus, Mar 6 (Prensa Latina) The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned Monday the continuous Israeli aggressive practices against the Syrian citizens in the Golan Heights occupied since 1967. Syria is proud of the honorable stances of its Golan citizens who rejected the colonial policies aimed at stealing their lands and building wind turbines, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
