Deaths increase due to flash floods in northern India

New Delhi, Oct 6 (Prensa Latina) The death toll from flash floods in the Indian state of Sikkim, caused by the bursting of a glacial mass of the Lhonak Lake and its consequent overflowing of the Teesta River, increased to 19 on Friday.
