Germany refuses to apply measures to Russia that affect Europe

Berlin, Feb 25 (Prensa Latina) Germany advocated discarding some measures against Russia from the new package approved by the European Union (EU), because they would collaterally and sensitively affect member countries of that community, a spokesperson said today.
