Montevideo, Dec 14 (Prensa Latina) Shangrila is more than what its name evokes. In Ciudad de la Costa, in the Uruguayan department of Canelones, it is a grassroots committee of Frente Amplio (Broad Front) and a hotbed of solidarity with Cuba.
