Kinshasa, Feb 5 (Prensa Latina) The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner, today denounced before the European Union (EU) the role of Rwanda in the war in the east of the country and called for sanctions.
