Brasilia, April 16 (Prensa Latina) – Supreme Federal Court (STF) Justice Alexandre de Moraes has suspended the extradition of Bulgarian citizen Vasil Georgiev Vasilev, detained in Brazil at the request of the Spanish government, citing the principle of reciprocity today.
