Havana, Sep 15 (Prensa Latina) Cape Verde´s Foreign Minister Alberto Figueiredo on Friday called on G77+China member states to defend a set of policies that truly reduce barriers to access to technologies. We cannot repeat the mistakes of the past, said Figueiredo, calling on member states to define its responsibilities so that this does not happen again.
