Arrest of South Sudanese first vice president alarms African body

Djibouti, Mar 27 (Prensa Latina) The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) expressed alarm at reports of the house arrest of South Sudan's first vice president, Riek Machar, and the escalation of political tensions in that country.
